When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form sends your name, chosen contact details and project information to Vancouver Kitchen Renovations through Flor’s lead service. We use those details to review and respond to your enquiry. The form asks for your agreement before sending. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment or confirm a price.
A received message with a reference confirms that the service accepted your enquiry. If the website cannot confirm receipt, it says so and keeps your text available to retry. Please avoid sending payment details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive information.
Flor chat
When you send a chat message, it is processed through Flor and its AI service providers to generate a response. A temporary conversation identifier helps keep your chat together. The assistant may make mistakes, so confirm project-specific advice directly with the business. Chat does not submit a lead or book a visit.
Please keep chat questions general and leave out personal or sensitive information. Use the enquiry form or call us when you want a response about your own project.
The private conversation brief
The separate planning tool runs in your browser. It does not transmit the answers to us, store them on a server, use browser storage or create a booking. Choosing “Copy brief” puts the summary on your device’s clipboard.
Information in your browser
Unsent form entries and the displayed conversation remain temporarily in this browser page. Your browser may restore them when you use Back or Forward. Close the tab when you are finished, especially on a shared device. This website does not use local storage to save your draft.
Calling and emailing
Phone and email links open your device’s calling or email application. Information you choose to share through those services is handled outside this website. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Site delivery
This website uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting and service providers may process standard connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request logs.
